Yanna
Animation and Art Direction
Yanna is an original animated pilot inspired by branding work with London fashion label Szabo Sihag. The story follows a curious young explorer—named after the designer’s niece in Delhi—who travels through surreal, abstract dimensions.
I developed the concept, character, and world entirely in-house, using Maxon Cinema 4D, Octane, and Insydium Xparticles. The visuals lean into tactile forms, atmospheric lighting, and stylized simulations to express Yanna’s journey without dialogue.
This pilot introduces a broader narrative world with potential for cross-format development in animation, books, and IP storytelling.
